Anything's Pawsible - Animal Resource Center (APARC) was founded on the principle of doing good recklessly, and is dedicated to rescuing and protecting animals in need. We are a nonprofit (with 501c3 status) foster based rescue located in the state of Ohio.

Operation ZAP, out newest program, is here to tackle the issue of pet overpopulation with compassion and affordability. We understand that financial constraints can make it difficult for many families to provide necessary medical care for their pets. That’s why we’re launching an income-based spay/neuter program designed to help you take the vital step towards responsible pet ownership.
Why Spay/Neuter? Spaying and neutering not only helps control the pet population but also contributes to the overall health and behavior of your pet. Reduced risks of certain health issues and improved temperament are just a few of the benefits!
